CEILING ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AT STATION YAQINA BAY, NEWPORT, OR: Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to abate asbestos containing material from ceilings of nineteen (19) housing units at Station Yaquina Bay in Newport, Oregon and its vicinity. (1) Remove and dispose of all asbestos acoustic ceiling materials and retexture with non-asbestos acoustic ceiling materials. (2) Remove approximately 100 s.f. of existing wall paper on one side of the living room area, and paint all the walls of the living room with matching color to the existing walls for Unit 17 located at 7081 S. W. Abalone St., South Beach, OR. (3) Remove approx. 75 l.f. of painted wall paper border in the living/dining area, and paint all the walls of the living/dining room with matching color to the existing walls for Unit 13 located at 2553 N.E. Crestview Lane, Newport, OR. (4) Tape joints as required and paint the entire ceiling surfaces. (5) Provide a storage van large enough for each family household to store furniture during work of Unit(s). (6) Provide labor to remove household goods from housing unit(s) and store into a storage van. (7) Provide labor to offload the household goods from the storage van into the housing unit(s), and place large furniture in appropriate location.
