A -- SYNTHESIS OF NANO-METALS IN ORGANIC MIXTURES SOL DSWA01-98-C-0002 POC Susan Benik, Negotiator, (703) 325-6962, Edward Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) has a requirement for an effort that consists of experimental and analytical investigations relevant to production, retention in non-agglomerated form and characterization of the nanometer size particles. The emphasis of these investigations will be focused upon the interdependence of the particles size and their physical and chemical properties. DSWA believes that the Institute of Energy Problems is the only responsible source having the resources and experience to accomplish this work within the required time lines. Any firm desiring consideration must fully identify their capability to perform this effort. See Note 22 (substitute 15 day proposal receipt period in lieu of 45 day period).
