65 -- QUALITY ASSURANCE SAMPLES SOL FSIS-1-W-98 DUE 111897 POC Tawana Nathan The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has a requirement to determine the technical ability of government laboratories in analyzing meat or poultry samples for Salmonella, E.coli 0157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes and other microorganisms of interest to the Agency, or for other inoculated sample studies. The contractor shall prepare and supply properly inoculated quality assurance check samples for Salmonella, E.coli 0157:H7, and Listeria monocytogenes. The contract will begin in November, 1997 with four one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
