Computer Sciences Corporation intends to issue a non-competive purchase order to Robert Sly Electronics to provide a software upgrade and control system redesign required to upgrade full service Video Teleconferencing Systems (ViTS) rooms at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and Ames Research Center (ARC). Interested parties have fifteen (15) days from date of publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e. technical specifications, brochures, and price list) in the areas of proprietary hardware and software. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. A determination by CSC not to compete this proposed subcontract on a full and open competition basis, based upon the responses to the synopsis, is solely within the direction of CSC.
