The National Park Service is soliciting proposals (in the form of a negotiated firm-fixed price contract requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal). -- The work of this contract consists of the general construction of a visitor center, two large comfort stations, two shuttle shelters, three large shade structures and six small shade structures, an entry fee station, two pedestrian bridges and a vehicle bridge, associated site grading, utilities, roads, parking and landscaping. -- All requests for project documents must be made in writing.
