The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services to various cathodic protection systems on inground tanks, piers and water tanks as well as other related miscellaneous services. The specification contains four, one year option periods to be exercised by the government if found to be in its best interest. The option may be exercised without further notice. FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services will be included in this solicitation. SIC: 1731 COST RANGE: Under $100,000. Bidders interested in obtaining plans and specification for this project must submit their request, with a company check, certified cashier's check or money order in the amount of $10.00 to Defense Automated Prnting Service (DAPS), Box 40, Building 83, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, Ct 06349-5040. Each check must be made payable to the U.S. Treasury and annotated with the applicable solicitation number. Two sets of plans and specifications will be sent via First Class U.S. Mail upon availiability to those contractors who have rendered payment.
