The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization is acquiring the following: CLIN 0001, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), 2 each. These UPS must meet or exceed the following criteria: INPUT -- 480 volt, 3 phase. Volt Range +10%, -25%. Frequency range: 60Hz +/- 5%. Current walk-in: 20 seconds to full load. Power factor: 0.90 lagging minimum at full load. Surge protection must meet or exceed ANSI C62.41-1980 (IEEE 587). Output -- 30 KVA, 208/120 volt. Voltage Regulation: +/- 1% for balanced load. Voltage Unbalance: +/- 1% for balanced load, +/- 2% for 50% unbalanced load, +/- 5% for 100% unbalanced load. Voltage adjustment range: +/- 5%. Frequency: 60Hz +/-. Load power factor range: 0.9 leading to 0.5 lagging. Power rating: Rated kVA at 0.8 lagging power factor. Harmonic distortion: 5% maximum total. 3% maximum for single harmonics. Phase displacement: 120 degrees +/- 1 degree for balanced load. 120 degrees +/- 3 degrees for unbalanced load. Transient response: +/- 1% for loss or return of input power. +/- 4% for 20% step load or a manual transfer of 100% load. +/- 5% for 30% step load. +/- 8% for 50% step load. Transient recovery time: To within 1% of output voltage within 50 milliseconds. Overload capability: 125% for 10 minutes, 150% for 30 seconds. Fault clearing current: 300% subcycle. Audible noise level: 65dBA measure at 1 meter from the UPS. Cabinet: NEMA Type 1 freestanding with leveling feet, 58" x 28" x 72" (WxDxH) or smaller. Cooling: Forced air with redundant fans. Capable entry top or bottom. Access: Front access only. Must be capable of metering: Input, output, and battery voltage. Input and output frequency. Input, output, and battery current. Output % load. Output KVA/Phase, Battery time remaining. 18 minute battery backup at full load (30KVA). The system must include single input power feed; input isolation transformer, static bypass and maintenance bypass; rectifier/charger with input filter; PWM inverter, SNMP software. The equipment is to be delivered to: AFCA/RMTM, 203 W Losey St, Rm 3100, Scott AFB IL 62225-5248. Outright purchase without installation.
