The services include providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform food service, to include preparation and serving of food, sanitation of facilities, maintaining subsistence and storage areas, completion of food service computer generated and manually prepared forms and reports, maintaining headcounts, maintenance of government furnished food service equipment, and management of Services Information Management System (SIMS). Anticipated period of performance is from 01 Apr 98 through 30 Sep 98 with four one-year options. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set aside. SIC Code is 5812. Size standard is $15M.
