Project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: Furnish all equipment, labor, materials and transportation required to remove asbestos containing material. All testing, inspection, scheduling, reporting and submittal of asbestos abatement work. Abatement of asbestos containing floor tile, cove base and floor tile mastic, asbestos containing pipe insulation, asbestos containing insulation and asbestos contaminated materials. Demolition of 95 4-foot fluorescent light bars and replace with incandescent temporary construction lighting at completion of work. Demolition of designated cables and cable trays. Clening of asbestos contaminated cables and trays. Demolition of three air handling units and associated piping, HVAC control systems, ductwork, ceiling diffusers and registers. Installation of a 65 lineal foot temporary construction accessway (tunnel) between the north and south firedoors in the east control wing basement (ecwb). Installation of a negative air machine exhaust duct through the ECWB west wall through the existing halon exhaust duct to a Contractor furnished auxiliary exhaust fan (booster). The estimated price range of this project is $150,000 to $200,000.
