The proposed requirement will purchase software maintenance, media and documentation for the properitary Viewstar software package which runs on the Local Area Network on a Compaq server. The lease is for the period October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. This requirement for this software maintenance are as follows: The vendor must provide Hotline support for all products, new releases of all products, bug fixes for all products and documentation for all new releases for all products covered under this agreement.
