The offerors must be able to purge names from the list by access to the National Change of Address Code. Mailing house to print and affix labels to bi-monthly Calendar of Events and send to post office for bulk mailing. The mailing list averages 40,000 names for the base year to 48,000 names in the final contract year. Only responsible sources within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Washington metropolitan area will be considered. This contract will be for the base year and four (4) option years.
