Work will include removal of six (6) courses of existing brick veneer while supporting existing brick veneer above work area; removal of defective flashing materials, insulation, damaged masonry anchors, etc.; replacement of wall's water release system with a combination of aluminum sheet metal flashing /drip, flexible membrane flashing, and fluid applied membrane; replacement of foamed plastic wall insulation where removed; replacement of brick veneer with salvaged and new brick veneer; repair of leaking thru-wall cracks in cast concrete panel walls. Concrete cracks at the interior of the building are located in areas where concrete is exposed and access in not required through interior finishes. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. A bid bond will be required and the successful offeror will be required to provide payment and performance bonds. The performance period will be 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The SIC code for this action is 1741 with a size standard of $7.0 million.
