Lloyd (919)541-3570 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is seeking a qualified contractor for HVAC Corrections for Chambers 3 through 7 at the United States Environmental Protection Agency Human Studies Facility, 104 Mason Farm Road, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The building is currently occupied and the facility will continue to be occupied during the construction period. This requirement includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment and the performing of all services for the HVAC repairs to the Chambers in accordance with the drawings and specifications to be provided by the agency. A site visit will be held approximately ten (10) days after issuance of the solicitation. The estimated range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
