Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit through other than full and open competition basis purusant to FAR 6.302-1 with TRW, Inc. for technical and general support for the United States Atlantic Command (USACOM), Joint Training, Analysis and Simulation Center (JTASC) Suffolk, VA as a modification to contract N00140-95-C-H005. Services include support in the design, development, execution and assessment of all academic training, exercises and operational rehearsals that take place at the JTASC or under the auspices of the JTASC at DoD facilities nationwide and occasionally worldwide. The 15,230 manhours estimated for the effort will be distributed amoung the following labor categories: TV Producer/Director/Writer and Cameraman/Lighting Technical/Editor. Services are required 1 January 1998 or date of award through Option V of the contract. TRW, Inc. is the only known company with the indepth and long term knowledge in planning and executing USACOM/JTASC's computer assisted exercises.
