Approximate time of performance will be for a base year with four additional one year option periods. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (a) Experience; (b) Management Plan; (c) Equipment. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, Competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a Technical/Price competitive range. A Pre-Proposal Conference is tentatively scheduled for December 2, 1997, at 10:30 a.m. at Sutton Lake. Total contract shall not exceed $2,393,000.00.
