Nutter, CONTRACT SPECIALIST (304)529-5262 The work consists essentially of building and grounds maintenance for Summersville Lake, Summersville, West Virginia. Approximate time of performance will be for a base year with four additional one year option periods. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (a) Experience; (b) Management Plan; (c) Equipment. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation as is within a Technical/Price competitive range. A Pre-Proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for December 3, 1997 at 11:00 a.m. at Summersville Lake. Total contract shall not exceed $2,021,000.00.
