79 -- CLEANING AND POLISHING COMPOUNDS SOL 1PI-R-0905-98 POC Alice Calabro, 202/305-7331 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a five year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract(IDIQ) for liquid cleaner/ phosphatizing compound; chemical for a powder paint system. The liquid cleaner will be per Federal Specification TT-C-490D. The cleaner will be supplied via individual delivery orders to four(4) separate UNICOR facilities: Milan, MI; Terminal Island, CA; El Reno, OK; and Lewisburg, PA. UNICOR guarantees a minimum of 200 drums per year for five years. Delivery will be FOB Destination to each of the four(4) locations. The proposals will be evaluated by Best Value criteria: Price, Past Performance, Delivery, and Technical.
