NOVEMBER 11, 1997 This seminar is designed for the new business owner
and his/her accountant. Emphasis is on setting up the necessary
accounting system that will meet (1) the business' managerial needs as
it grows and (2) the Government's requirements and expectations. Main
topics will include cost accounting structure alternatives, the chart
of accounts, indirect cost structures and rates, accounting for
particular types of costs and common problem areas and how to avoid
