The dormitory is a two-story, CMU block and concrete building with brick veneer, metal roof tile mansard, and 4-ply built-up roof system. In addition to the construction of the structure, the project will require the installation of underground utility tie-ins (water, sanitary sewer, and natural gas), concrete walkways, and all required electrical and mechanical work. Bid packages will be available at $50.00 per set, non-refundable. Submit a written request to the FLETC office in Glynco, GA, citing IFB-FTC 98-10. Checks/money orders should be made payable to the "FLETC". Bid packages will be issued on or about 11/15/97. Estimated magnitude of project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
