Kearby, Contracting Officer, (817) 534-8400 The Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas, is soliciting for Native American Spiritual Advisor Non-Personal services at this location. These services are considered contractual in nature and should not be considered a personal appointment to the Bureau of Prisons. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The work to be performed under the resulting contract shall consist of approximately 18, two hour sessions, of teaching Native American ways using song, drums, stories, pipe, or audio visual material for male inmates incarcerated at this facility. The instructor of the resulting non-personal service contract must be recognized as having expertise in traditional Native American Spiritual ways by Tribal Councils or Native American Service Organizations. Further, the instructor must supply all religious garments and books for these sessions. This procurement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
