The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for the application of identical multilayer coatings to four rectangular (9x16cm) diffraction gratings and one circular (8cm diameter) mirror. The multilayer is to be designed to yield maximum efficiency in the operating wavelength band 225-245 A and at an angle of incidence of 5 degrees. The optics are supplied by NRL in hermetically sealed containers and will be returned in the same containers.
