This effort is for contractor operated depot repair of the OH-58D KIOWA WARRIOR secondary items, assemblies and subassemblies of the Mast Mounted Sight, certain assemblies of its associated Peculiar Ground Support Equipment, and Test Support System, AN/TSM-173. The time frame for repair under this effort will be 12 months, with an option which extends the time frame for repair for an additional 12 months. The exercise of the option is contingent upon the availability of funds; the rate at which equipment is turned in for repair; the type of items turned in for repair, and the extent of repair required. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
