COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF NOVEMBER 26,1997 PSA#1980Department of the Treasury, Comptroller of the Currency, Administrator
of National Banks, 250 E Street, SW, Washington, DC 20219 67 -- MULTIMEDIA PROJECTORS SOL CC-97-Q-0028 DUE 120197 POC Jeff Ryan
(202) 874-5034 The purpose of this Modification to RFQ No.
CC-97-Q-0028 is to inform prospective offerors that the OCC intends to
purchase one (1) additional projector with a minimum brightness/light
output of 1000 ANSI lumens. Therefore, the total number of multimedia
projectors the OCC will purchase is hereby increase from thirty seven
(37) projectors to thirty eight (38) projectors. The scope of work now
requires the delivery of ten (10) projectors (previously nine) with a
minimum brightness/light output of 1000 ANSI lumens, and twenty-eight
(28) projectors having a minimum brightness/light output of 650 ANSI
lumens and a weight of less than 20 pounds. The number of 1000 ANSI
lumen (minimum) projectors to be delivered to the OCC's Headquarters
Office, 250 E Street, SW, (MS2-7), Washington, DC, 20219, Attn: Don
Titzman is hereby increased, by one, to nine (previously eight). Note:
the remaining 1000 ANSI lumen (minimum) projector is to be delivered
to the OCC's Northeastern District (see original announcement for
complete address). As stated in the orignial announcement, the
Government intends to make a single award of a firm fixed priced order
to the responsible offeror whose quote provides the best value to the
Government. However, the Government reserves the right to make two (2)
separate awards based on the specified minimum ANSI lumens (i.e., 1000
and 650). Accordingly, it is acceptable for offerors to submit a quote
for only one type of projector (i.e., 1000 ANSI lumen or 650 ANSI
lumen). This modification does not change the date and time specified
for receipt of Quotes. In addition, the successful Contractor(s) is
still required to deliver the projectors, FOB destination, no later
than December 31, 1997. Except as set forth above, all of the terms and
conditions of the RFQ remain the same. (0328) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0235 19971126\67-0001.SOL)
