This is a synopsis for Food Service Attendant Services at Peterson AFB and Cheyenne Mountain AS CO with a possibility of a Full Food Service Attendant Services at Buckley ANG Base, located in Denver, CO. Request your firm submit a capability statement describing your company's expertise to manage multi-site food services functions to include, but are not limited to, personnel management, respondents past performance, information regarding key managers, quality control, safety require- ments, master menu planning, meal schedules, equipment maintenance, con- tingency planning, sanitation requirements, and VIP events. Proposed contract will be firm fixed price and is reserved under SBA 8(a) Contracting Program. Proposed performance period is a basic period, plus four (4) one-year options. In mid FY 99, Buckley ANG Base Full Food Services is expected to operate on a 24-hour basis. The anticipated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 5812 with a size standard of 15M. Capabilities package shall include offerors past performance and self-assessment.
