D -- SUPPORT TO THE OFFICE OF JUSTICE PROGRAM'S PROGRAM ACCOUNTABILITY LIBRARY (PAL) AND CONTROL DESK OPERATIONS SOL OJP-98-R-004 POC Janice P. Waller, Contracting Officer (202) 307-1418 This is an amendment to a previous solicitation that was synopsized as "Operation of the Office of Justice Program's Help Desk." This announcement replaces that previous announcement. (Please disregard that announcement). The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) requires the services of a Contractor to provide on-site clerical and data processing support for its Program Accountability Library (PAL) and Control Desk Operations. The services to be provided include data entry, data retrieval, data maintenance, report generation, backup of data and complete documentation, grant application processing, mail processing, manual filing and oversight of the official grant files. In addition, the Contractor will be required to provide microcomputer support for the Grant Information Systems. This requirement is a total 100% small business set-aside, SIC Code 7375. Proposal evaluation will emphasize technical approach. Cost will be secondary n importance. It is anticipated that a Fixed-Price, Incentive Fee contract will be utilized. The anticipated period of performance will be one year, with three (3) 12-month option periods. Interested Offerors shall submit requests for RFP NO. OJP-98-R-004, Support to the Office of Justice Program's Program Accountability (PAL) and Control Desk Operations, in writing No Later Than (NLT) 15 days subsequent to the date of publication of this announcement.
