The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism intends to negotiate a nine month contract with the Association for Health Services Research (AHSR) for a project entitled "Health Services Research Conference Support." The proposed contract will provide partial support to AHSR for planning, developing, and convening two annual national conferences on Health Services Research. Authority: 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contractor is the only responsible source conducting these conferences, and thus is uniquely qualified to perform this requirement.
