Provide exclusive use helicopter services of one type III Helicopters with pilots, one fuel service vehicle with driver for use primarily in initial attack fire suppression and other administrative uses for one year from date of award. Mandatory period of service shall be March 14 through May 5, 1998. Helicopter will be based at the Big Swag Helicopter base, Daniel Boone National Forest, Pulaski County, Kentucky. Contractor to bid the availability rate; the flight rate will be set by the government for the type aircraft proposed. The contract may be extended one additional year at the government's option. Standard Forest Service fire fighting equipment is required, (collapsible bucket, radio, foam suppressant mixing equipment, etc.) The estimate closing date is January 20, ~1998 This is a 100% small business set-aside.
