Fortuna, Contract Specialist (90C), 203-937-3072 Provide general dentistry services for veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Rocky Hill, CT. Services will be performed for a period of one year from February 1, 1998 through January 31, 1999 with two (1) year options to renew. Services to include examinations and treatment plans, operative dentistry, prosthetic dentistry, endodontics and oral surgery. Work hours will be from 8:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday excluding federal holidays. Contractor will be required to have a valid license to practice dentistry within the State of Connecticut.
