99 -- THE ARMY MATERIAL COMMAND (AMC), INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICES ACTIVITY (I&SA) IS CONDUCTING A DATA SEARCH ON FIRMS INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN THE 1998 HQ, AMC I&SA ENVIRONMENTAL WORKSHOP SOL RIATCK-7336-0001 POC Contract Specialist Terry C. Kraker (309) 782-8570 (Site Code DAAA09) AMC I&SA is conducting a market survey to identify firms interested in participating in the 1998 AMC I&SA Environmental Lessons Learned Workshop. The Workshop will be conducted for one week during the April through July timeframe, near Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The Workshop will be attended by HQ, AMC personnel which may consist of up to 200 individuals from 60 Army installations located throughout the United States responsible for multimedia environmental programs. All costs involved in attending the workshop will be borne by the vendors. Only written communications willbe accepted and should be addressed to the point of contact listed above. NO TELEPHONE CALLS. NOTE: There is no firm requirement for thios action and funds are not available. This action has no relationship to any formal solicitation. Participation in this effor is stricitly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government.
