It is anticipated that the period of performance will be from 1 JAN 98 through 31 DEC 98. The intended source for this modification service is MDA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company. Note 22 applies. MDA is the only responsible source that can provide T45 modification services. Currently, MDA possesses proprietary data rights to the aircraft airframe and avionics necessary for timely and cost effective ECP incorporation. (0336)
