The Department of the Army proposes to acquire services to modify the AN/GRM-122 software and the ON-373A/GRC to provide support for the advanced SINCGARS Improvement Program(ASIP) and be backward compatible with legacy ground and airborne SINCGARS equipment. This effort also includes the development and testing of 10 prototype J-48433B equipment incorporating all changes. This acquisition will be solicited as a sole source to ITT, Aerospace/Communications Div.,Fort Wayne, IN.
