Service shall include: (a) one(1) major, and two(2) minor PMI's per year. PMI's are to be performed every four(4) months. (b) one(1) coil change at no charge. The period of performance shall be from Date of award through September 30, 1998, with two(2) twelve(12) months option periods to renew.
