The A/E team should include the disciplines necessary to do this type of work. Emphasis will be placed on firms with demonstrated experience in small free standing corporate office building design that illustrates creative and environmentally pleasing solutions in the local vernacular and design setting. Applicants must have an established working office in the State of Hawaii of sufficient size and experience to accomplish the project. Interested firms desiring consideration are encouraged to submit Standard Forms 254 and 255, as well as up to ten examples of past projects of this type, to the issuing office within thirty calendar days from date of appearance of this announcement. Selection will be based on the following criteria: 1) Experience of the firm and individuals in this type and scale of work; 2) Location of the firm within the specified geographic area; and 3) Previous experience with proposed subconsultants in accomplishing this type of work.
