This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. THERE IS NO BID PACKAGE OR SOLICITATION. This is a MARKET SURVEY where the Government is seeking written information only. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this MARKET SURVEY, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. The OIC NAVFAC Contracts Office at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana is interested in obtaining the name, address, phone number, and qualifications of contractors capable of performing center wide transportation services described as follows. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, management, and transportation necessary to provide motor vehicle operations, motor vehicle maintenance, refuse collection and other mission support and maintenance services. The Contractor shall be licensed by the State of Indiana or the Department of Defense to provide the required transportation services as described above. All work shall be performed by certified, responsible individuals and in accordance with federal, state, local, and installation laws and regulations.
