The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Information Systems Division (ISD) requires contractor supplied software development and support services. The services will be performed at ATF headquarters in Washington, D.C. This acquisition shall be awarded on the basis of competition limited to eligible 8(a) firms only. A labor hour (Fixed Rates for Services) indefinite quantity contract is comtemplated. The Standard Industrial Classification code for the services is 7379. REQUIREMENTS: Services shall include but are not limited to the following: 1) evaluation and support existing systems (mainframe, lan, client server, internet and intranet); 2) integration, implementation, and configuration management support; 3) Internet and ATF's intranet support; 4) Web Technology support (Java, JavaScript, PUSH, Pearl, Active X and Dynamic HTML); 5) network support; 6) database integration and connectivity; 7) PC and operation systems supports (Windows NT, Unix, and Novell Netware); 8) operational and application development and maintenance support; 9)configuration management support; 10) research and development support; 11) consultation support; 12) data warehouse support; 13) on-line, analytical processing OLAP; 14) data conversion and clean up support; 15) technical writing support; and 16) integrated voice response (IVR) systems. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will have a period of performance of 60 months (one base year and four-one year option periods).
