This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 250 copies of Microsoft Back Office includes: SMS, NT Client and Microsoft Back Office. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 7372 and 18M, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement.
