Concerns are sought who have the ability to provide residential community corrections facility(s) and services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Service required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, furnishing of subsistence, medical and dental treatment, The services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work dated December 1992. The facility shall be located in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. This is a two line item requirements type contract, line item one will be an indefinite quantity contract type, estimated number of inmate days for the base period and the four one- year option periods are 9,125 minimum and 12,775 maximum; line item two is a requirements type contract with 730 inmate days for the base and the four one-year options. Estimated RFP issuance date January 9, 1998 and estimated bid opening date is March 9, 1998. Contract base period will be for one year with four one-year options to renew.
