This solicitation invites proposals for the construction of Gateway Station at the southeast corner of Gateway Mall Property in St. Petersburg, FL and containing approx. 20,000 gross sq. ft. of floor space. Work includes, but is not limited to steel frame construction, brick veneer exterior finish, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, vinyl composition tile flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, utilities and other work associated with postal facilities. The estimated base cost for this project is between $1,500,000 and $2,500,000 with completion within 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The minority-owned business subcontracting goal for this contract is a minimum of ten percent (10%).
