Telephone No. 541/465-6506 A project to perform an Environmental Assessment known as the Slap Environmental Assessment on the Rigdon Ranger District, Lane County Oregon. Selection of the successful offeror will be based on the following criteria, given in descending order of importance: (1) Satisfactory past performance; (2) Experience with complex and controversial environmental documents, including scoping and public involvement; (3) Experience with NEPA regulations (40 CFR 1500-1508), National Forest Management Act (NFMA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Forest Plans and consultation with U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service; (4) Hardware and sofware to perform complex GIS tasks; (5) Experience with reforestation on steep, rocky sites; (6) Experience with complex cable logging systems; and (7) Ability to complete a large project within tight timeframes.
