The addition will be a one-story steel frame structure to include offices, a waiting room, toilets and a mechnanical equipment room. Work includes demolition of a existing truck dock and exterior wall of the existing building. Work also includes utility connections and partial regrading of the site. The existing building will be occupied during construction. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract duration is 150 calendar days.
