Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair Agreement/Agreement for Boat Repair (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform assessment of their MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessel's avaiilability dates. Past Performance will be used in the evaluation process. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items.
