Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor and material to disassemble, inspect, report, testing in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Pratt & Whitney FT4A Maintenance Bulletin Number 94M01 and Coast Guard statement of work. It is the Government's belief that only the OEM, Pratt & Whitney, and/or their authorized dealers, can provide the required service(s). However, other potential sources having the expertise and required capabilities can submit data discussing the same in duplicate with 15 calendar days from the date of this announcement. The following information must be provided to evaluate the acceptibiity of the offered and service: (1) complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptibility of the offered service (i.e. salient physical functional and serviceability characteristics); and (2) Data that the required services have been provided to the Governement or the original equipment manufacturer.
