The Contractor shall provide counseling in the District of Columbia to a minimum of 100 clients per month, monthly training to 10 persons from counseling and training sites and community based organization, bimonthly training to 30 area physicians, nurses and health care professionals affiliated with counseling and testing sites, and laboratory processing services of approximately 5000 HIV tests.
