The purpose of this modification is to make the following changes to the synopsis/solicitation: 1) The Performance Specification for Laser Borelight (which can be found on the CECOM Acquisition Center Business Opportunity Page at http://acbop.monmouth.army.mil) is changed at Paragraph 6.1.6. Table II therein is deleted. The Paragraph shall then read as follows: " Targets shall be plastic laminated pages with one set of targets (up to 15 targets per set) provided with each Laser Borelight. Weapon/sight combinations and the necessary target offsets shall be provided by the government". 2) The quantities of Laser Borelights and the pricing arrangements for them at Options 3 and 4 (only) are changed as follows: " The minimum quantity under option is 250 each and the maximum quantity is 3375 each. Offerors shall offer prices within this min/max range, setting three to five interim ranges of prices. For award evaluation purposes, average unit prices shall be calculated based upon the maximum quantity in the range and the total of the maximum range quantities." 3) The time for submission of proposals is extended to 22 December 1997 at 3:00 PM local time.
