Among other things, the contractor shall be required to manage and deliver a wide array of medical/surgical products to the customer within 72 hours ARO, provide a 97% fill-rate, be EDI capable, furnish monthly performance reports, have the capability to provide complete inventory management, value-added analysis and process improvement.
