BLM anticipates awarding multiple, indefinite quantity contracts for these services, with contract terms being one basic year plus 4 option years. The contractors shall furnish all labor, supplies, equipment, and miscellaneous materials necessary to perform the appraisal services. Interested offerors should have experience is rural, mineral, timber, and/or wildnerness appraisal projects. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses whose average annual receipts for the preceding 3 fiscal years do not exceed $5 million, under SIC 8999.
