These services are to be obtained by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract. The contract will be for a base period of twelve months with four, one-year options to extend services with the total contract term not to exceed sixty months. This is a negotiated source selection procurement which consists of submission of price and technical proposals.
