Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work, Community Corrections Center, dated December 1992. Location of the facility shall be in Honolulu, Hawaii area. RFP issue date is January 26, 1998 estimated closing date is March 26, 1998. Estimated number of inmate days is 20,440 for the base period. Contract base period is two years, with three 1-year options (10,950 for option year one, 12,045 for option year two and 12,045 for option year three) to renew. A requirement contract is anticipated.
