This requirement is for a sealed bid Commercial Item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR 14 for the refuse collection and disposal at the Dutch John Community and Flaming Gorge Powerplant located at Dutch John, Utah. The contractor shall make refuse collections at approximately 87-90 collection stations. The contractor shall furnish one 90 gallon container for each collection station and six 300 gallon containers at designated sites to be emptied once a week. Also, one 30 yard rolloff to be emptied on call. The term of the contract will include the one year basic period with four one year option periods. This solicition is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program with a SIC of 4952 and numerical size standard of $6 million. A written solicitation will be issued.
