The contractor shall furnish qualified personnel, materials and services to (1) present and maintain the Inspecting for Performance Course; (2) present and maintain the Inspecting for Performance Course -- Materials; and (3) develop and present specialized versions of the Inspecting for Performance Course to NRC inspectors of nuclear power reactor facilities and other selected NRC staff. The Contractor shall furnish the course instructor and other experts as necessary to support the course presentation. The NRC will provide a facility for conducting the course, necessary audio-visual equipment, the Instructor's manual and manuals for the students. Indefinite quantity contract is anticipated with a minimum of one course presented per year during a five year period. The proposed action is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC Code for this solicitation is 8999. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts not to exceed 5 million dollars over the past three years.
